My past flights weren't found

"Find my past flights" looks in your calendar (flights your mail app added), boarding-pass screenshots and where and when your photos were taken. You can also import an export from myFlightradar24, Flighty, OpenFlights, App in the Air or any CSV with date, from and to. Anything missing can be added by hand.

The window-seat guide doesn't follow my position

Download the route pack before you fly, then on board tap "I'm on board · use GPS". GPS works in airplane mode, but needs a view of the sky: sit by the window.

A live flight disappears

Positions come from community ADS-B receivers. Over oceans and remote areas there may be no receiver for a while; the flight comes back when it's in range again.

The aircraft or registration is empty

Follow the flight in Live on the day and Windowside fills them in while it's in the air. For past flights, open the flight, tap ••• and Edit flight.

Deleting my data

Everything is on your phone. Delete a flight from its ••• menu, or delete the app to remove everything.

No encontró mis vuelos anteriores

"Buscar mis vuelos anteriores" mira tu calendario (los vuelos que agregó tu app de correo), las capturas de tarjetas de embarque y dónde y cuándo se tomaron tus fotos. También puedes importar una exportación de myFlightradar24, Flighty, OpenFlights, App in the Air o cualquier CSV con fecha, origen y destino. Lo que falte se puede agregar a mano.

La guía de ventanilla no sigue mi posición

Descarga el paquete de la ruta antes de volar y, a bordo, toca "Estoy a bordo · usar GPS". El GPS funciona en modo avión, pero necesita ver el cielo: siéntate junto a la ventanilla.

Un vuelo en vivo desaparece

Las posiciones vienen de receptores ADS-B comunitarios. Sobre el océano y zonas remotas puede no haber receptor un rato; el vuelo vuelve cuando entra en cobertura.

El avión o la matrícula están vacíos

Sigue el vuelo en En vivo ese día y Windowside los completa mientras está en el aire. Para vuelos pasados, abre el vuelo, toca ••• y Editar vuelo.

Borrar mis datos

Todo está en tu teléfono. Borra un vuelo desde su menú •••, o borra la app para quitar todo.
